Great service from start to final delivery.Scheduled for a delivery on Friday for a total kitchen and the range was damaged. John Suppa was able to reorder it and get it delivered the next Tuesday in time for Thanksgiving!

We always found excellent deals at Jessup. We love the quality and customer service. We found an open package Monogram oven a couple of years ago, so when our refrigerator left us we knew Jessup was our place to go. John Suppa helped us find the best deal for the size we wanted and we ended up buying a new dishwasher too! He was very professional, he kept us updated for the all process, made sure our payment was processed only after the delivery of both appliance was made and was on top of everything solving a third party issue (on his day off).
