Ive always like LG becsuse they look sleek and are well designed. I also only hear good things about them . In fact I did not buy any repair insurance bc I know how good they are . And if I have a not so good experience then I will switch to a different brand which I think in this case will not happen . I own 4 LG - ref oven washer dryer and when my dishwasher needs replacement that will be LG too

I have been using the air filters for a few yeas now and the fridge has never had a negative smell for anything stored in it for any length of time. It is easy to replace when needed and I like that the fridge reminds me to do so.

We love the refrigerator but the water and ice taste terrible after 3 filter changes and following instructions on what to do each time. The source water tastes fine from the tubing that connects to the refrigerator.
