The technician did an excellent job of finding and fixing the problem. He was glad to explain in detail what he was doing and to answer all our questions. Plus he had the replacement part that we needed right with him :)

We have had this Bosch Induction cooktop since December, 2014. What we love: 1. Instant heat, at least as good as gas. 2. Instant off, just like gas. 3. Very fine calibrated control of heat, better than gas. 4. Individual timers for all five "burners". Gas doesnt have this. 5. Cooktop surface doesn't become extremely hot. Nothing burns on. 6. Cooktop surface is very easy to keep clean.
