I purchased this the same time as my stove purchase. We waited a while but I am happy with the looks of the fan. It is also a larger fan than my old fan so it works great so far. We took longer than expected to install but it was fairly easy once we figured it out. Thank you.

Great product but with problems

We purchased it based on good reviews. The installer installed it and left. Later when we used it, we found out that he left it in the "recirculating" mode rather than "outside exhaust" mode. Because that is how it comes configured out of the box. Now the installer has to come back and reconfigure it. I wish the product is designed so that it does not happen. If you are buying it - make sure it gets installed properly. We are still waiting. Good product, but poor install instructions.

The vent is very pretty. This is the 2nd one the first one made loud noises even after they repaired it. I’m hoping I don’t have the same issues with this one. The first one was new in my new home so it wasn’t working right from installation.

Faulty wiring in the fan causes this appliance to work erratically. Customer support is difficult to reach and reluctant to send a tech to repair. Very disappointing.

Couldn't stand the microwave style vent that was above the stove. This one is powerful sleek, and the lights are amazing. I don't feel like I am cooking in the dark anymore. It's helping to keep the kitchen much cleaner too.
