Replaces a prior GE microwave. Nice improvements. Does everything required without being complicated or overly fancy; full 1100 watt; we're pleased.

Product is less than one month old and does not heat. Have been waiting for a tech for a month. Door open button sticks and I suspect will fail early as well

We had the earlier generation of this same microwave...which we enjoyed for over 15 years. Excellent features and the power is much better than the previous model. The door release is too firm and requires a hard push to get it open...could be much smoother.

Selected as replacement for 10+ year old GE microwave through home warranty. I like the large size, the rotating tray and the ease of use. I would only wish the buttons' labels were larger or easier to read without my glasses.

I originally bought this in 2/25/2019, the door broke on 8/23/2019 and GE kindly sent me a new microwave as they did not have the parts to fix the door. The new microwave door broke again 7/23/2020. Repairman had the parts and replaced the door. Now 5/25/2021, door is broken again. Only now I am out of warranty and will have to pay for the repair. This is a known issue - just google GE microwave, broken door. The repairmen and installers have told me they deal with this all day long. Shouldn't there be a recall on this at this point? Our prior GE Microwave lasted 22+ years. Sadly, this one cannot make it 1 year.
