I like this product but had to order a new trim kit because the previous one wouldn’t work with it. I think there should be a universal trim kit for each size so replacement doesn’t cost an arm & a leg.

Feature are a little different then the one I had. One thing that I did not like you need to push a button to put in cook time. The other one you could just punch in cook time . I just need to get use to it. Great product.

Great unit - door latch sticking unfortunately concerned this will force replacement soon. Otherwise a nice unit.

We bought essentially the same model after our current microwave was fading after 20 years. Same great design and construction so minimal learning curve with some nice new features to explore. Thank you GE!
