We needed a microwave that didn't take up too much room on the countertop & this one is perfect. It has a retro look which I absolutely love! It even lets you know if you've left something in the microwave.

My wife didn't like that the previous Kenmore Microwave took up so much of the counter top. This new Whirlpool saves space, but at the sacrifice of function. They key pad normally on a microwave is gone. You have to use the up and down arrows to set the timer or the clock, etc. Had i realized the inconvenience I probably wouldn't have bought this model.

Very nice...I would have been good if the volume could be highered or lowered.I am afraid to use it late at nights not to disturb my neighbors.I don't know if this microvawe working noise can be cancelled oor not...Thank you...
