I just wanted a basic work horse microwave and this is it. I didn’t know what color I wanted so I ordered black. That was my only mistake. Black shows all smudges, fingerprints, etc

To my surprise the wall bracket did not have to be changed but the two front bolt holes needed to be re-drilled which is not a problem in setting the template in its proper position. At 78 years of age I did the insulation with no problem. I might suggest if the microwave is mounted above a stove, pulling the stove out will give you that added workspace and not having to stretch over the stove to hang the new microwave this is when you need two people. The last GE microwave lasted 15 years so it was no brainier to replace it with another GE.
