So far, we’ve had it for about a month, and I love it. I love that you can stop the turntable, I love the reheat button, I like the express buttons, and how they work. I haven’t had a problem with it yet, I did read the owners manual and it works as it should.

We built a new home and other than the handle peeling-the microwave is great. When you spend the money and go with a trusted brand and this happens-it’s frustrating!!!!! Why they put such a cheap handle on a nice microwave-I have no idea. Now-have to figure out if it’s worth trying to get another handle or buy another microwave after spending money on this one. Should be a recall on this
