After looking at numerous microwaves we were pleased to find one that would fit in the space above our stove but was also the prettiest model that we had seen. It is very quite and has every function that we needed. We love the interior color and the soft chime indicator.

After six weeks this microwave failed to heat. Repairman said it was a door switch issue. Disappointing that we had problems after such a short time.

This Microwave has not worked since Day one. The Door wont recognize it is closed so it wont heat up food. I had to juggle the handle to get it to heat food. They sent a tech to come out to fix it and now it wont heat at all. Getting to this point took many calls and texts with LG support. This Microwave looks very cheaply built and I would stay away. I am still waiting for them to order parts to make my brand-new Microwave to work correctly.

We bought this microwave two months ago to match our new LG electric range. I like so many of the convenient features like defrostingturntableand black color although it is in constant need of wiping hand prints. My main problem with it is that it is very hard to see whats inside because the door glass is too dark. In addition we have noticed that the LED light under it gets very hot even when its been on for a very short time.
