The Temp jumps all over. Burns cookies and bunbs. Set it at 350, and it jumps to 420, then we turn it down and it goes to 220. Have a professional thermomenter in side to monitor. Everything else is great, but gotta call for service .....just wont stay stay at certain temp. Glad we registered on line and is still within warranty. Just don't like waiting over an hour for Customer Service
