It takes awhile to figure out all the controls. Prefer a hard copy manual for general operation. Ex: popcorn is very hard to find in the controls. The mechanical feature we would like to have incorporated is a side opening door. This would allow for product owners to reach in and clean the unit with less strain. (My wife is 5'7" and still can't reach inside to clean without a step ladder. The model we owned in the early 2000's opened from the side and was much easier to clean and reach into.) For our earlier model we were told to use a glass cooktop cleaner to clean the inside. This worked really well for baked on food. But now, it's hot water and Cerama Bryte and there is still staining on the walls (we do clean it each time). The first generation Advantium had more preprogrammed menus and was more intuitive. The new model is much less cook-friendly. Have a real user help design the help menu and buttons/controls. Even the oven light switch was not intuitive.

If I were stranded on a deserted island and I had to choose only one cooking appliance for my Kitchen, this would be the one! You can cook ANYTHING with it.
