As much as I have always loved KitchenAid products, this product is a big disappointment to me. Not only are the grates scratching my pots and pans, they are scratching the stove top itself. I love the double oven, but I would never recommend this to anyone. Why buy something that is going to ruin itself and your cookware. I've only been using it a little over a month and look at the damage it's already done!

We are really loving our Double Oven feature on this particular model. We have owned Kitchen Aid before so we decided to stay with the company for our new home appliances.
