Features and style were important to us. We were liked the fact that it had a more industrial look and slid in and looks great against our backsplash and countertop. My wife enjoyed baking and we look forward to cooking mini home-cooked meals
Not used to a 30in stove, space for a 40in,

I am happy with the oven/baking, meets my needs but I am unhappy with the stainless steel area and the HEAVY burner grates. Not an easy clean and constantly wiping the top and front of the appliance. Oven feature is much smaller than the 36in. I had and I went to order the Porcelain Broiler Pan Set only to view it was "Out of Stock". Not very accommodating. I have had a very bad experience with a prior appliance that was taken back, due to a part that would've been unavailable for months. I was without an oven for 9 wks. and since I could not afford to put any add'l. funds for a Wolf, Jenn-Air etc. I was kind of forced to settle for a 30in. This is the model I was able to get very quickly, which I am resigned to live with. I am retired, on a limited budget and I guess I just have to be satisfied. Am really disappointed not being able to get the broiler pan. Chalk it all up to being at the mercy of the appliance company.

Purchased my very first gas range. And I love it. Too bad we didn’t try sooner.

I bought this gas stove with refrigerator & dishwasher which are also kitchenaid brand. I spent almost 7000.00 on all 3 appliances hoping to get the best appliance available in the market for my newly build house.I had one of the worst customer experience with this in my life. Here are the details. 1.This stove shows all 5 round burners and that was the main reason we went for this stove but when I received it what I noticed is center burner in rectangular shape not circular one. Their website and all other big box retailer website shows circular round burner as well. But they do not know how to get the correct variant to me. 2. The stove came damaged & dented on the rear corner and side panel. Due to that impact the front panel was split open next to the burner. But I already moved into my new house so had no option other than to get it installed and deal with it later. So, I got it installed and called Home Depot( that is where I bought my stove) project support dept. They transfer me to kitchenaid shipping and they promise me replacement. But no one had any clue about the variant with center circular burner. I decided to call product support dept of kitchenaid and got the info that this particular model comes with 2 different variant and both are active in their system. But product dept can not help to locate one and ship the variant I ordered. Their shipping dept did not take any interest or help to find it either. I spent several hours on the phone and at home depot store without any luck. No one seems to know and willing to help. My case went to escalation dept of kitchenaid and she could not help either. So, I compromise and decided to go with the replacement of the same variant. Now come the second round of disaster. Delivery company of homedepot can not deliver without picking up the existing one. so, I had to arrange a technician to uninstall the existing one before they deliver new one. After several hours on the phone again, I managed to get it done on second attempt. Finally I received the replacement and got it installed. And this one also FAULTY. One of the burner was not working properly and bake element will not turn on. So, more phone calls and they arrange the tech to come and service it. Tech came and found that connection for the bake element was loose at the rear. He fixed that & order new burner for replacement. Now, I am waiting for the replacement burner to come and see if that resolved the issue. So, after 3 days of missing work, several hours on the phone and 3 weeks of faulty stove, I decided to write this review about my experience with kitchenaid and homedepot. Simple advice to Kitchenaid that if you manufacture different variant of the same model then share that info with their own staff & all the retailers.Keep your website updated to avoid confusing the customer & avoid frustration from the customer.I hope my appliances last few year without any issues. And If anyone from kitchenaid reading this, Please have a courtesy to contact me or call me to discuss more in detail.
