I have always been a fan of KitchenAid, still unsure of this particular coffee maker, it brews very slowly, not really liking the color and I wish it had one touch auto set, I really like the older style that they made much better!

I recently purchased this and liked it until I accidentally knocked the carafe off the stand when moving a dish off of my counter that bumped it. It shattered and I am VERY disappointed to find that I cannot buy a replacement carafe. The design of it makes it very easy to knock the carafe off, because of the 3 way access. Any company that makes a coffee maker like this should have affordable (like less than $20) replacement carafes available. Now I wish I had never splurged for it and stuck with a cheap coffee maker. SOOO DISAPPOINTED!

I’ve had this coffee maker for about a month. Love the water reservoir - large opening, so water doesn’t get spilled on the counter. The coffee is hot. Seems to brew well.
