Got this as a gift off of our wedding registry. Couldn't be happier with it. Received one off of amazon and it wouldn't work after the first use. Called customer service with Kitchen Aid and they sent me a replacement brand new one 5 days later. Great service great products! Only wish I had gotten the 5 quart as when i am mashing potatoes i can't put as many in or chunks will fly out.

I am so glad I talked my husband into buying this for me! It is definitely making Thanksgiving prep so much easier, and hubby is enjoying all my practice work. If it only came with the pour shield instead of having to order it separate, it would be perfect!

I bought this a few weeks ago. The way it works the cookie dough compare to my old sunbeam a night and day difference. Now I’m baking so much more. Now with the holidays coming fast I’m looking forward to baking more things for the holidays.
