I received this pro line series kettle about three years ago. It worked beautiful. Heats quickly and had no issues with it unless a couple of weeks ago. For some reason it would not heat up and kept beeping as if it was hot. I could not find an5 trouble shoo5ing solution to this problem. I decided to contact kitchen aid to help assist on where I could get this repaired. Wow to my surprise they sent me a new one within a week and I returned the broken one. This kettle comes with a five year warranty. No hassles no questions. They were so apologetic about the situation and corrected it immediately. Kitchen aid is the best. You cannot be the service and quality of their products. Thank you kitchen aid.
