We tried a battery operated stick mixer and it was almost totally powerless. So as a Christmas Present, my husband bought this GE stick blender. It was fantastic with much power to spare. Thanks GE for providing great products for a very long time.

Had wanted it for some time. It is practical: it washes easily, changes parts easily, takes up very little room, does many jobs. It is powerful: the food processor chops up quickly with just a few pulses, the whisk attachment makes meringue smooth, the blender helps with cream soups. I'm in LUV!!!
