I bought this a month ago and use it for everything from crushing Graham crackers for crust to making hummus and everything in between. Its smaller footprint makes it the perfect addition to my kitchenaid collection.

Upon using several other brand name choppers to chop my dog’s food (she’s a senior and has difficulty chewing dry food), I found them all to fail after only a few uses. After doing some research I decided to try the mini chopper from Kitchenaid and so far it seems to be working out very well. Although Kitchenaid doesn’t advertise for this particular use (chopping dog food), it works perfectly for this task!! I give it 5 stars overall for efficiency, value, and quality.
