I bought this a month ago to replace the 3 speed kitchenaid that I have had for 18 years, I love kitchenaid, I also have an old food processor and toaster and old blender and also have other older appliances we just purchased kitchenaid kitchen appliances stove,ref,dishwasher and micro. love them all

I am happy with my mixer. It isn't very powerful, but it still mashes the potatoes and blends very well. The lock on the back for the cord seems to 'get in the way' on the mixing bowls. I think that's the reason it was only $30. Must be a little mistake there.
