I bought this because my previous hand mixer would not go slow enough. This mixer is perfect. The wire beaters stay cleaner and are easier to clean than the old ones. The five speeds go from very slow to very fast: just what I wanted! It is quiet and I am very glad I bought it.

I have owned a KitchenAid hand mixer for over 15 years and I love it. We recently bought a vacation home, and I knew right away that I needed to purchase a new KitchenAid hand mixer for the new house! It's a must have!
