I bought a 5 speed kitchen aid hand mixer about 25 years ago.It lasted all of those years and finally petered out. Still worked but it lost some of its speed. I would never buy another brand but Kitchen Aid as it is trustworthy, lightweight and very easy to use and keep clean.

I was given this as a gift from my son. It has been wonderful. It has good power. The only thing I would have loved would have been a "retractable cord". This is just for convenience. The mixer is otherwise awesome!

I was so surprised with this little mixer. The little thing was as quiet as the big stand one. The mixer has all the power necessary to do the light duty that I bought it for. I found that when I cooked a big meal there was always something that I needed to mix and it was always when my kitchen Aide stand was doing something else . I bought the kitchen A Hand mixer to do the extra work as a fill in. kitchen Aide is the best there is .
