This is my second hand mixer. I use this when I really don’t need to a the stand mixer. I bought this for a summer home but decided I Liked this one better as the slow speed allows you to clear the beaters without getting batter all over the place.

I bought this for the times when pulling out the stand mixer is overkill. I’ve used it twice already, with the regular beaters and the whisk. It is lightweight and easy to use.
