Just received my new hand mixer today! I was so darn disappointed that it DID NOT come with a STORAGE PLAN! Come on KITCHEN AID! Another handmixer with no storage bag/case or way to NOT LOSE/DAMAGE unit and accessories! No plan for storing the electrical cord either! Very CLEARLY, MANY customers share my disappointment! (Reviews are in place to assist you (KitchenAid) in "LISTENING" to your customers!) I even went to your webcite in hopes of finding a storage container i could purchase separately (which i was perfectly HAPPY to do.......as would others be.) to no avail. I got lucky and the handmixer i replaced came with a storage case and my new KitchenAid handmixer and accessories all fit perfectly in the old storage case! Yay! [Pic included]. So.....how hard can this BE? It is a win win! KitchenAid makes an extra 25.00$ after the sale and WE get proper storage of our BEAUTIFUL new KitchenAid handmixer!!! Please consider this idea. You will make so so many of us very happy return customers! Thank You, Respectfully, Julia E.

We had the 5-5speed for more than 10 years and finally over heated and broke. So we were happy to try another kitchenaid. It does not come with kneeling hook but we can use our old one from the 5-speed. It has a different speed change buttons so it has been a bit hard to get used to the new system. Overall, it works just fine like our old one. Have not noticed the extra speed and power are helping yet. Only cons I have is that it is heavier so I get tired pretty quick.

I am a home baker and obsessed with cooking and baking delicious things for family and friends. I decide to start with hand mixer cos I still think my kitchen bit small for stand Prof kitchenAid and I need some more time to purchase such a heavy duty beasts. so I have this small but suuuuper powerful helper. you maybe think how can I cook a lot with hand mixer - easily when you have such a power and quality. big thanks to a whisk steel its very important. no additional smell, easy to use, easy to store, great power and quality. happy to choose again kitchenAid
