I have a stand mixer but always have a hand mixer also. My hand mixer broke just before a shower I was making desserts for. I usually buy cheap mixers because I burn them out. I decided to buy a better hand mixer so I chose this one. It has good power and I was impressed at how well it mixes even cookie dough with ease. I am however disappointed with the top speeds. It does not go fast enough to whip icing or make whip cream. I will be buying something else and this one will just be for basic mixing. I thought seven speeds would be enough!

This hand mixer was a replacement for a prior KitchenAid hand mixer. It’s different from my old one, just a sign of the times, more powerful. The swivel power cord, conviently keeps the cord from getting twisted. This hand mixer also came with a whisk attachment, which I will be using to whisk plenty of eggs for breakfast.
