I bought this a few weeks ago and have had the chance to do a few things with it. Apples worked really good using the peeler but potatoes were a bit of a hit or miss since russets aren't round enough and I had to hand peel the flatter spots. Nice how quick it slices things and it's fun to use. When you spiralize food it certainly makes it look attractive.

I bought this so that I could spiral my own vegetable noodles. It is so easy to assemble and clean up is a snap. I have used it for peeling and slicing apples and spiralling zucchini. I love this product. Great time saver

Wash it, read instructions, use it. Real quick and easy to work up a peck of pears apples for preserves. Is a bit expensive but worth the quality.
