We use it all the time. No more hand chopping. Saves alot of time. Nice to have one appliance instead of filling up cabinets with individual ones!

I was so excited when I received the food processor for my new KitchenAid but was instantly disappointed. After a half of a carrot was chopped, the whole unit started spinning in the hub. Now the KitchenAid logo won’t stay put. I couldn’t have tightened the attachment any more. Yes, this happened first time out of the box. I probably won’t be able to use other attachments as I think the knob isn’t the problem.

It's a KitchenAid what more can one ask for! I got this for my birthday and it goes great with the rest of my attachments that I have for my mixer. Makes shredding and other features so much easier and not trying to slice and grate by hand.
