Hi! I bought a food processor attachment with commercial style dicing kit. In a description to this attachment you said it is fit to all Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixers. Mine mixer is KL26M1XER (s/n W72088811) and this attachment doesn't fit to the mixer. It looks like the hub of the mixer is to long for the attachment and attachment doesn't rotate. I was so disappointment about it, because it was a present and because of the inaccurate description this surprise was spoiled.
Not what it is named

Sorry folks but if your going to say it is a food processor then make a food processor. This is a basic salad shooter that slices and dices. I need a food processor so I can make food for my special needs granddaughter. Keep trying. I do love your mixer
Works wonderfully.

I bought this with the express intent of chopping onions. With the accessory blades and screen, it does a great job. Clean up is a different story! The razor sharp screen below the slicing blade, traps onion particle in it’s intersections. I have tried the nylon brush scrubbbing and the dishwasher to no avail. I am going to try an Ultrasonic cleaner next, but until then be sure to set your dishwasher at “Steralize.” Onions are bacteria magnets!

I consider myself pretty savy in the cooking area and my husband bought me this a year ago and still to this day I can not get it to work. I have tried everything and it will not do anything. Super disappointed as this would have been used so much in my kitchen.
I too bought this thing and hate it

Wish I had wrote my review earlier....purchased this about 2 years ago for myself as a splurge for Xmas. I have tried it on different occasions only once again to be disappointed and VERY frustrated.. I am shocked because Kitchen Aid usually does things so well. Here I am 2 years later still wanting that food processor I was promised...keep looking at them, but, after shelling out so much “single momma $$” I feel I can’t justify the purchase. Super bummed
