I am very impressed with the power of the mini. The size enables me to keep the mixer on the countertop all the time. I find myself using the Mini ALL the time, even for making salad dressings. It is so convenient to use, the right size for mixing just about everything. I have two other KitchenAid mixers but they are heavy, cumbersome and stored in the pantry - I will primarily use them for Holiday Baking if necessary. Great unit, it's cute, and very user friendly! Super Product! LOVE IT!

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She fell in love with it! I’ve even used it to whip up cornbread. It’s the perfect size! My mom has a larger one and she doesn’t get it out because it’s too much work.
