Frustrating Features

I purchased the commercial mixer about 1 month ago and have been using it daily. Removing the attachments from the mixer head has proven to be incredibly frustrating, especially when the bowl is full of product. Removing the paddle attachment requires two hands and leveraging the full weight of my upper body to remove it from the mixer. Further the low clearance provided when the bowl is in the lower position makes it very difficult to scrape down the sides of the bowl when mixing. Besides these two frustrating aspects the Commercial Series mixer seems to be well built.

I was very surprised on how quiet it was I love it I always had Kitchenaid mixer but I needed a little more power for making doble batches of cake batter and cookies I love it

Purchased this mixer a couple of weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. It is very powerful but much quieter than the 6qt it replaced. Love the stainless attachments that are dishwasher safe.

I was scared of the color. All 5 other kitchen aids I have are white or stainless. But I decided to go crazy and I’m glad it did. I’ve only used the machine once and seemed sturdy.
