This is exactly the stand mixer I have been looking for my small business. Portable and powerful. This beast will handle most small to medium task easily over and over. I appreciate all the details like longer cord, all stainless knobs, and The NSF certification.

My first KitchenAid stand was a classic and I loved it My second kitchen aid stand was an Artesean (not sure of spelling) My next KitchenAid was a Profesional 5.5 I am now the proud owner of a Commercial 8 QT I haven’t used it yet but after making 2600 cookies for Xmas I will be able to spend less time in the kitchen

I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband. I've only used it a few times, but I love the capacity. I made a double batch of cookies with no problem. However, when I made bread, the dough hook didn't reach close enough to the bottom of the bowl to incorporate all of the dry ingredients. I still have some tweaking to do, but I love this mixer.
