I have replaced the bowl twice because one of the eye hooks on the side has broken and can not be fixed. Is there no warranty?

We use these in our shop and over the course of 2 1/2 years, we have had 3 handles come off. I wish this product was more durable to stand up to commercial use. I like the large, 8 qt. bowl.

After 3 days of using handle broke on 8qrt mixing bowl. Handle was glued on, not welded as would appear.

I was pleased to discover that this bowl work equally well with the 7qt Pro and 8qt commercial mixers that I own. An interesting point is that all the tools seem interchangeable as well flat beaters, wire whisks, and dough hooks. Although this makes me wonder if there is really any difference between the two machines aside from the length of the product warranty and price?
