We purchased and LOVED the pasta roller that makes sheets and basic long pastas. My daughter's favorite however is rigatoni, so we decided to take the plunge and get this attachment as well. Fun! Very happy with our purchase. Even works with gluten free dough. Make sure your dough isn't too wet or it will stick inside the chute, but otherwise this is an A+ in our book.

Another fun attachment I'm glad I have. Easy to use. Frankly, I've found all the attachments I have easy to use so far and have not been disappointed with any of them. We are big pasta lovers in this house, this makes enjoying it even more!

I just bought this and could hardly sleep last night because I couldn't wait to use the Gourmet Pasta Press. I love cooking and this was very easy to use and a lot of fun. It always makes me feel good to make something from scratch. Just a little trouble cleaning the plates that the pasta goes through. I used the brush picks that you use between your teeth and it worked GREAT!!
