Have enjoyed using the press! My GKids enjoy it too! Make sure the dough is a little on the dry side so it does not stick or separate when the auger begins to move it to the press plate. After that let the machine do the work. I hang the long noodles to dry for a few minutes after I cut them and let the small noodles and macaroni drop into a lightly floured bowl as I cut them. Super Easy. Clean up is easy too. One hint: I use dental floss to clean the openings on the Fusilli Plate. Enjoy!

Have used my new pasta maker a few times since Christmas and am loving it. The first couple of times were trial and error trying to get used to it but now I am whizzing through. You cannot be in a hurry to make your pasta but it is well worth the effort.

I love making fresh homemade pasta and this little gem gives me all I need! Fast, easy, and I can press the pasta as I'm ,making the sauce and boiling the water! Cleaning is a bit tedious but by using a bamboo skewer I've managed to perfect it, getting it clean by time rest of dinner made.

I got the pasta maker attachment for Christmas - have used it a couple of times now, and it is AWESOME! I made macaroni the other day! HOMEMMADE!!
