I bought this mixer at Sam’s Club...been considering one for years, & finally made the jump. I didn’t realize that this unit was considered ‘refurbished’ until I got the invitation to participate in this survey. Would have considered other options had I known that was the case. Definitely disappointed!

To be honest, I didn’t realize I was buying a refurbished KitchenAid mixer. I thought it was new. It was packaged like new,. It looks new, it runs like new and it performs like you would expect a KitchenAid to perform... Excellent.
