I make a ton of cookies, and while my Artisan did the job it took a little longer. I am now able to make double batches without making a mess all over the place. I was able to quickly throw together chocolate chip cookies the night I received my mixer. I was happy that I could control from a stir to hard mix. I now have two mixers that I can use for cookies, frosting and fillings. I am excited for holiday baking this year.

My mom has had one for a long time. All I had was a little hand mixer. Heavy duty & will handle any task efficiently. I chose the larger model to enable double batching. So happy I did. Wonderful.
