I purchased the 600 because I wanted to be able to mix large quantities if I choose to, and have a heavy duty mixer for bread making. I’m very pleased with the performance to date. The mixer looked like a brand new appliance and was a perfect color for my kitchen.

We have had our Kitchen Aid Pro 600 for a few years. When we first got it and I read many reviews. The one thing I agree with across the board is make sure it fits on/under your counter. This machine is built to work so it is heavy and you will not want to get it out every time your going to use it. You will be using it a lot. We love ours. The various mixing attachments work well and scrap the sides wonderfully. I was initially concerned about the design of stationary head and moving bowl. NOT ANYMORE. We use ours to make cookies, cakes, brownies, breads, sauces, icing, and even have an attachment for ice cream. We recently purchased a mill to grind flour. I also wondered how well this was going to work. Kitchen Aid DID NOT LET DOWN. It worked wonderful. The first bean we tried was black beans to make burgers. FAB. Definitely worth the investment!!! Enjoy yours.

Given for Christmas to compete with love of my food processor. Back to making bread the old fashion way instead of bread maker. Anticipating attachments to create pasta.
I love how convenient my new mixer is!!! I love it
