I got this as a bridal shower gift from my mom. I make home made pastries and cakes quite often and was using a hand mixer. This has completely changed everything! It makes everything so much easier! It can be a bit on the loud side but compared to my old hand mixer it’s much quieter and I it’s much easier to add ingredients. When I first got it the paddle attachment hit the side of the bowl, but customer service sent me a new attachment with no issues. Waiting to try out that one, but when I put ingredients in with the original paddle it no longer hit the side. Other than that it’s been a breeze to use. Highly recommend.
