So far I've attempted to make French bread, French Macarons and Pizza dough - all made easier with this mixer. I've wanted one of these my entire life, and I wanted to make sure it has enough power to eventually get into making my own sausage and ground meat blends. This machine has the power and design to tackle it all. I'm so happy with this purchase, and have found zero issue with it being a refurbished model. I do recommend it!

I'm a home baker who's wanted one of these for a while. I can't be happier. I'm an avid bread baker and wanted a mixer that could handle mixing bread dough. This does a fantastic job. I love the bowl size. It can handle big jobs as well as small.
