I purchase this mixer at a great sale price. It was refurbished. I usually purchase refurbished thinking 4 eyes have looked at it and corrected any problems that have arrived in the product. I am not disappointed for sure. Thanks for a wonderful product.

Bought the refurbished because I just did not have the cash for the brand new one! This is exactly like brand new--paint excellent and all the attachments. Runs like a whirlwind and strong! Makes me want to do more baking just to use it!

Received a stand mixer as a gift for Christmas used it twice and it stopped working. Call support and they shipped another out right away. The replacement is working great.
