It does everything you need and more! Get a beater blade attachment (my only complaint is that it doesn't come with one in the first place) and it's absolutely perfect! Yes, you need to adjust it when you first get it and likely every now and again but it's easy. Most complaints I read on these just need a simple adjustment. It has great power, whips up meringues so easily. I use this minimum of once a week and I have had it for 2-3 months now and I love it even more than I thought I would. If you bake regularly it's def. worth it! I love mine so much!

I realize this is refurbished so I can't expect it to be perfect but it just doesn't have the power it should. It also leaks grease often, which gets in the dough and food and it shouldn't do that as I use it at least 3 times per week. So, I am a bit disappointed.
