MY KIDS BOUGHT THIS FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. STILL LEARNING ABOUT IT. SO FAR SO GOOD. DON'T REALLY CARE FOR THE BOWL COVER. DOSEN'T STAY IN PLACE THAT GOOD, CHEAP PLASTIC.

We used the mixer one time to make cookies. Washed the bowl in the dishwasher and it came out with rust all over it. Also I purchased this mixer at a Macys store and it was never mentioned that I was buying a refurbished mixer. I'm sure I should have been told it was not NEW at a store!!!!! Had my last kitchenaid mixer for 36 years

I bought this before Christmas and it replace a 20-year-old hand mixer. I was able to make all of my cookies and cinnamon roll Christmas wreaths. It’s definitely a lot easier to use and has more power to mix the sticky batters without getting caught.
