I bought this expecting it to have some power when mixing flour to make dough but no it gets a bit thick and just stalls and needs to be turned off. I bought this brand new from Amazon and nowhere did it say it was refurbished but the title of this review says it is. May have been duped. USELESS!!!!

I’m a little confused as I purchased this via amazon and it was not refurbished, but new (original box, packaging, everything). But, I have used this about 4 or 5 times now and it works phenomenally. There is about a 1 or 2 second delay from the time you turn it on until it starts spinning, which threw me at first, but I’m getting used to it. The dough hook seems a little flimsy (its hollow) but I really can’t comment on it as I haven’t used it yet. The paddle attachment is NOT the ceramic one, and it seems a little flimsy, to.. hollow aluminum. Overall, it’s awesome, though, I love it! Can’t wait for the Christmas baking!

Used it about 4 times so far for kneading bread dough. NICE power. Nice color and finish. I've been buying refurbished products as of late and I have NOT been disappointed.
