I have been wanting a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer for so long - but the price and the size kept me from buying. When I found the Artisan Mini, it was the perfect size for our house of 2 and fits beautifully in our small kitchen. I decided on the refurbished model to help with the price, and I was not disappointed! It was so pretty (twilight blue was a good choice) and worked wonderfully right out of the box. It's quiet and handles all the cookie dough, cake batter, and frosting recipes I've done. The small size and slow start doesn't kick up the flour like I've read other models do and I can't wait to discover all the attachments! My item was missing the attachment cover screw, but one email to customer service and they're shipping it out to me. I love the product, and customer service has been wonderful. So pleased with this purchase - it was definitely worth the wait!
