This was not advertised as refurbished at Best Buy in Oshkosh WI. I am just now learning that it is not new. Not sure how I feel about that :( They said it was on sale.

Brought one from Best Buy. It was delivered and was faulty. Contacted customer service, they sent this one, which we thought would be new. There was no indication that this one was refurbished. So far we have had no issues.

I’ve had this mixer for a month and it has been great. I had to buy a different bowl scrapping paddle for it from Amazon cuz I couldn’t find a kitchen aid one for this model. But everything else for it has been awesome.
