I am totally in love with this mixer. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but I have no regrets about this purchase. It lived up to the hype and did not disappoint. It’s a powerhouse. I made a triple batch of banana bread and it never bogged down. It’s easy to clean and the copper color is just gorgeous. I seriously couldn’t be happier.

I got this as a bridal shower gift and was hoping I'd be able to send it in to get fixed, but they bought it a while before they gave it to me so the warranty window is gone. Head moves under low speed and the artisan band around the head is coming off. Was hoping a refurbished kitchen aid would've been sold in a better condition. Really sad because I absolutely love kitchen aid.

This is a replacement of one that stopped working after 1 year. I was just outside the warranty but they shipped a refurbished replacement which is like new and works like a charm.

I had gone back and forth about purchasing a stanf mixer for years now. I finally decided to pull the trigger and am so glad I did! No longer do I have to hand mix things. It makes cooking and baking so much easier!
