I absolutely LOVE my Artisan Series stand mixer (empire red)! I used it for the first time the other day and oh-my-explicitive its amazing. First off: making whip cream is so much faster than I remember lol Absolutely love. I can’t wait to purchase more KitchenAid products to finish off my kitchen :D

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and have been coming up with a bunch of reasons (excuses) to use it! It’s amazing how much easier it is to make things with the mixer! Now, I need to get a pasta attachment!
