I always wanted a good mixer. I've looked at KItchenAid mixers for years but thought they were too expensive for the little use I would have. Well, the refurbished one was close to my price point so I bought it. It looked brand new! Now I find there are a lot of mixing jobs I can do that I haven't tried before. I may not be a pro at cooking but now I have pro mixer!

This is one of the best made and most useful kitchen appliances ever made. Basic design hasn't changed since it came out in the 40's or 50's and still so very useful.
