I got a refurbished model in Ice blue, color is gorgeous. I thought this came with the plastic attachments but they were the metal ones. The whisk had black residue coming off of it, which I guess is a common issue. Why aren't all the attachments stainless steel? I am def buying the plastic attachments bc I want to put them in the dishwasher. I also had a hard time understanding what bowls/attachments will fit this specific model bc the refurbished ones have different serial/model numbers. I asked the chat line what 3 QT bowl would fit and they quickly responded and were helpful. Bowl KB3SS fits perfect if you want a smaller bowl. Overall satisfied, mixer works great. Handles small and big recipes with ease.For the price this is a good value. Mine had a very slight ding at the bottom, where the bowl fits but its just a small cosmetic defect that's barely noticeable.I knew buying a refurbished one that I might see a ding or two but not a big deal. Mixer performs great!
