Original was damaged, didn't turn off even with the switch set to zero. Customer service had a replacement shipped and free return shipping all within a week! New one works flawlessly, couldn't have made a better purchase.

I bought this mixer last month. Looked to be in great condition. I unpacked it, set up it and start mixing whipping cream on the lowest setting. After 4 min of mixing, it stops. I check the outlet, switch the plug, feel if it’s overheated (cool to the touch), wait 20 min and try again- no success, I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
